sync problem, and fixed

I experienced "Disk cannot be read from or written to" problem when trying to sync iTune with my iPod Touch on my netbook. After multiple times, I looked at the Apple support page, and then try to see if it was one of the 3 Podcast file that was attempted to sync got bad file problem, and sure it was. The Buzz Out Loud Episode #1123 was broken and caused the sync to fail. Removed it, and the sync was success.
