Lesson Learning on iTune: Don't Sync iPod Touch at work

I found out today, from the hard way, that iTune 8.2 force you to sync Application whenever you connect your iPod Touch to iTune. There's no way to turn it off. In fact, if you unplug your iPod Touch in the middle of the sync, you will lost some app. So I decide to only update Podcast at work, abd sync Podcast only when I am at home with my home computer(s).
